My ears get clogged very frequently, and short of visiting the doctors to have my earwax very intensely sucked out, which was both expensive and painful(my ears have bled multiple times), no other product has ever worked. I received the package, followed the instructions, used warm water and progressively changed the nozzles until I found that I needed the highest pressure and switched to the nozzle with one hole. I only used the pulse mode. My ear was really blocked but it only took 5 tank refills and cleaning the base around the nozzle is really easy. Not to mention not being painful it was honestly kind of pleasurable and really comfortable. It did such a good job that after my left ear was unclogged I realized my right ear which was my only way of hearing for a few weeks was a little muffled and needed cleaning aswell! I can't recommend this enough.
