The truth is that I never leave reviews, but this product deserves one. I have deep endometriosis and a lot of pain; I always feel like I have a lump in my stomach. This is that, but for the entire area, including my lower back. I made sure to buy the version with massages, and my expectations weren't very high since my pain is severe, but it does alleviate it quite a bit. It's wonderful, it really distracts from the pain, and the heat is great even at the lowest temperature. Truly 10/10.
