How to Use:

  1. Loosen fasteners on calf and foot straps.
  2. Slide foot through calf strap so support rests on top of the foot.
  3. Adjust position of support calf strap is approximately 2 inches above the ankle bone.
  4. Adjust calf strap from both sides to provide a firm, yet comfortable fit.
  5. Center wide portion of foot strap under bottom of the foot.
  6. Attach fastener on wider end of foot strap to top off support.
  7. Pull toes up, wrap remaining strap around foot and attach fastener.
