We purchased this product because of the portability ease of use and the ability to gradually increase the massage strength. When I used it, I could only go to level 2 and held for 3 minutes. Yet when my mother in law and her sister tried it , 84 years old and 92 years old, respectively, they like it and quickly progressed to level 11! That's so amazing. They both said their feet get numb in spots and were looking for something to re-energize their feet and lower legs. So glad this worked!
