I have light sensitivity so this purchase was necessary. It does a great job of reducing glare and the sizzling hot sun. However it has no guard on the edges and it sliced my finger open. I am keeping it but I am very careful flipping it in place Update I have them 5 stars bc the seller reached out to me and said that they are taking my comment and passing it to their development team. And they sent a replacement sun visor. I appreciate them for being kind and considerate and taking care of their customer.i absolutely recommend this seller.

Got the small for my honda fit and it was perfect, i read some bad reviews but so far i like it its clear and the polarized lens are perfect maybe for some it wasnt their ideal shade but for me its great

OMG this thing is GREAT ! As you can see from the pictures what a difference. I bought the first one about 2 weeks ago it was one size smaller. At night peoples headlights were sooo bright I used my visor works GREAT ! So I bought another one larger for the passengers side. As you can see how I clipped it on and when I put the whole visor up it doesn't touch the headliner on my SUV. I have a medium on the drivers side and large on the passenger side. My windshield is large. It shipped fast , worth the money for sure. :-) ( I didn't change the date on the camara)

I got this today. I got this visor for when I drive west bound in the evening and east bound in the morning. I haven’t tried on those specific situations yet but it seems it will work good. Not too much of visual obstruction as you can see on those pictures, up position and down position. It is on my Toyota Tacoma: I got small size but maybe medium would be better… with the clip holding this visor on existing visor, you won’t be able to use vanity mirror on existing visor but I really don’t mind that.

For the price, it’s a decent quality. My commute to work starts with the sun blasting my eyes & ends with the sun blasting my eyes, so this shield has made an improvement for me. I still wear my sunglasses while I have the visor down, but it definitely helps. It stays secure/clips right on your current visor. I would buy again.

This has been such a blessing. I drive a lot and this helps to keep the sun off my face.

The Sun Visor Extender works well in my Toyota Echo. I was a bit worried about having to slide the toothed holder over the front of my sun visor, but the visor is small like the rest of my car. The tightness didn't do damage and it stayed firmly on while I was driving. It's true that monkeying with it while driving was troublesome in the tight spaces involved. But once it was adjusted (I slid it slightly to the right), I was able to successfully use it to shade the (left) driver's side and flipped it back for front shading on the trip home. The best thing: It doesn't reflect the colors of what's behind me! The old extender showed me a riot of shivering colors, which was so distracting. Evidently it wasn't polarized. This one is. Be sure to get the one with the large toothed holder that fits over the TOP of the visor. I noticed different versions that hang from the bottom. That kind kept falling off.

They fit the ‘01 Tacoma very well. We were able to attach them in a way that all that has to be done is pull the visor down when needed and place back up without touching the plastic. In addition to this model, the visors don’t need to be folded back as they rest flat under headliner out of the way. Pleased.

This is a must if you have to drive into the morning or evening sun. Easy to install and fit perfect.

Works great in my Nissan Armada. Firm / positive mounting to sun visor. No complaints. I ordered a second one for my second Armada. Helps with glare at upper windshield when driving into early morning or late afternoon sun. I like the ability to see through to observe traffic lights without needing to constantly adjust a solid visor

Clipping it on it is worth the struggle, it is so amazing I use here in the Texas sun anytime. So clear and easy to adjust. Excellent purchase

My earlier review criticized the product for not working for petite/short drivers. I was wrong. Originally, I couldn’t figure out any way to get the visor screen into my (lower) field of vision. Well, I decided to give it one more try to figure out if there was a way to get the screen into my line of sight before I gave up on using it. I’m thrilled to say, there is! So I am updating my review to reflect this new info. There IS a way to get this product to work for short people, it just wasn’t mentioned on any instructions or enclosure from the manufacturer that I could find. Here is how I configured the visor to work for me: (1) Attach the clip to your sun visor as instructed. (2) Use the rotating ball adjuster to make the bottom edge of the visor screen angle toward YOU, not the windshield. You may feel like the lower edge of the screen will hit you in the face, but it won’t. The screen will be almost perpendicular to the windshield, not parallel to it as shown in most of the company’s images. This weird angle will put the screen in your field of vision perfectly. After making this adjustment the screen provided excellent anti-glare coverage exactly in my line of sight through the windshield. I drove almost 3 hours straight into the Florida sun with no glare in my eyes. It was great! Then another 2.5 hours of driving back home and still using the visor screen even though the sun wasn’t in my face, it still made the drive easier on my eyes. I’m now a big fan of this visor! If you are a shorter driver you CAN get this to work for you, you just need to angle the visor in the opposite way that they show it in their pictures. I can now say I highly recommend this visor screen for all heights of drivers. ** Below is the original review I wrote ** Clearly this product was never tested with short drivers. I’m only 5’3” tall and I have the driver’s seat of our SUV at its maximum height. I attached this polarized screen to the sun visor easily enough but when I looked straight ahead, only a tiny portion of the bottom of the polarized screen was in my line of sight. My line of sight is the BOTTOM half of the windshield, but this screen only covered the TOP half of the windshield, making it useless to me. PROS: (1) The part of the product that attaches to the visor felt sturdy and attached very securely to the visor. (2) It can be pivoted so that the screen is closer or further away from the windshield. (But it can’t be adjusted lower.) (3) The polarized screen does reduce the glare as advertised, as long as you are tall enough to see through it! CONS: (1) This is not a product that works for shorter drivers. It doesn’t extend low enough to be in our line of sight. (This is a BIG FAIL in my book.) (2) It can’t be lowered, only pivoted more forward or backward. (3) The screen itself is a bit thin. I’m not sure how it would hold up over time. This would be a 4- or 5-star product if I were an average height man or a very tall woman. Since I’m neither, I’m only giving this 3 stars. (The manufacturer of this product could have made the screen a few inches longer and it would have worked well for people of all heights.)

It’s helped me immensely with idiots who never turn off high beams, sun glare, and also brightness.

Bought this because the Broncos windshield is pretty small and when I tinted the front window with the brow they did it too low! I removed it but I needed something to block out the sun in the mornings and evenings. I absolutely love the product.

To be honest, I was a bit suspicious when I've been ordering this thing. But after installation, I saw - it's covering the whole area in front of my eyes!!! I'm comfortable and I'm happy!!! Thanks :)

The vendor's pics all show the shade being used when the visor is in the stored position. But I like how this can be reconfigured to work as a visor extension, when the visor is down. After twisting the clip around in the opposite direction I attached it to the bottom of my visor to work as a bottom extension. That works well for me when the sun in low on the horizon. Pics show 3 different ways I use or store it.

This is a nice sun blocker. Sturdy and fancy. The only thing I didn’t like is that it could have been darker.
